No refunds will be given on any online Educational Series, including partial payments or deposits. For 1 on 1 clients ofRenee Allen MD LLC doing business as Eterna Vitality and Wellness by Dr. RenéeTM, any services rendered are non-refundable. Any bloodwork, urine, saliva, hair or stool tests run through associated laboratories is non-refunded once the requisition is emailed to you. Renee Allen MD LLC doing business as Eterna Vitality and Wellness by Dr. RenéeTM does not assume responsibility for any complaints, issues or adverse reactions for supplements purchased on Fullscript or any other pharmacy vendors. Any refunds that you wish to make on supplements purchased through your Fullscript an/or pharmacy vendor account will need to be taken up with the pharmacy vendore itself.
